- You can contact at ((800) 267-2727) (ASCP Customer Service) in case you need help regarding the account.
- Avoid creating a duplicate account because you need to login each time to attempt the MLT ASCP verification.
- After clicking on “Start a New Search,” you need to enter some information like your first and last name, date of birth, certificate category, and last 4 digits of your social security number/8 digit ASCP Customer ID number.
- For each attempt, you have to pay $20, whether you find your initial match or not.
- Per try, your final result includes all valid and expired ASCP certificates
- If you do not find any matches, your request will be sent to BOC automatically for further research.

MLT ASCP Verification: A Pro Tips
After completion of your examination, you will receive your MLT (ASCP) score report within four business days.
You are not considered an ASCP-certified technician until your score report (passing) has been made available to you.
If you send your request for verification, you will not get any result in return because you are not yet credentialed by the ASCP.
Your application fee is not refunded, and it will not be transferred to your second attempt if you place an order for verification without the passing score report.
