- An official transcript that verifies the academic educational requirements in the United States (U.S.) or Canada.
- Letter of authenticity with the experience documentation form

- For education outside of the U.S. and Canada, a foreign transcript evaluation.

ASCP MLS Route 1: International Applicants Eligibility Requirements
- Bachelor degree in biological science, chemistry, medical lab science from approved institution.
- Blood banking, hematology, chemistry, and microbiology medical laboratory science training program, and
- A degree or diploma in medical lab science includes Biomedical Laboratory Science, clinical laboratory science, medical laboratory science, and medical technology.
You must keep in mind following instruction before getting admission in any educational institution and lab.
- Educational institutions must be approved by the Ministry or governing regulatory association.
- If your country is not have accreditation prevalent system, you must get a baccalaureate degree from institutions that are approved by the International Advisory Board appointed by the ASCP BOC.
- Acceptable transcript evaluation can be used to determine eligibility.
- A foreign degree must be equal to a U.S. degree.
