These eligibility requirements are:
- Clinical experience (3 years) in chemistry, immunology, microbiology, hematology, and urine and other body fluids (within the previous 5 years).
- Associate degree in biology & chemistry with 6 semester hours in each/Academic credits’s 60 semester hours with chemistry and biology (6 semester hours in both).
