Part II for United States and International Candidates

To make it acceptable, it must be completed & signed by lab management and the supervisor.

For verification of your experience, this part is related to your job experience start and end date (Month/Day/ Year) that must be verified by your supervisor.

As a medical lab scientist, you must have competency in moderate and high-complexity post and pre-analytical components that must be approved by your lab management.

You must have experience in 6 subjects’ hematology, blood banking, hematology, microbiology, chemistry, and urinalysis/body fluids as U.S. candidate.

As an international candidate, you have to get experience in four subjects blood banking, hematology, chemistry, and microbiology.
