- Route Three: Medical lab science program ( including hematology, chemistry, blood banking, & microbiology) of 2 years.
- Route Four: Clinical experience that must be in chemistry, blood banking, hematology, and microbiology; this experience must be of 5 years and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject.
- Route Five: 5 years of clinical experience in microbiology, hematology, chemistry, or biological science, a bachelor’s degree from an approved institution, and 2 years diploma in biological science or chemistry.
