  • High school graduation or relevant
  • Phlebotomy program that must be earned with two formal structures that are
  • Clinical training and orientation of 100 clock hours from the approved lab with a performance of 100 successful unaided venipunctures.
  • classroom training (40 clock hours), including  laboratory operations, specimen handling and processing,  specimen collection, circulatory system physiology and anatomy
